You do not want to make any major moves without us… We recommend that you have us come to your current space and take stock of what you would like to move, what you can get dispose of before you pay to move it and what requirements your new location must fulfill.

While you are looking for a space we can:

• Help you arrive at the appropriate square footage to meet your needs
• Look at the spaces that you are considering to analyze how well the location under consideration will work for you.
• Note and plan any changes that will need to be made to best accommodate your business
• Asses the necessary T&I (tenant improvements) budget needed to make these changes for you to consider when negotiating your lease.

Jana Design will completely supervise all of the necessary alterations to the space including construction, painting, installation of your window treatments and lighting. Plus, more specifically we will:

• Measure, photograph and inventory at your old location before packing.
• Make a detailed plan of the furniture layout in your new location.
• Provide the ground plan and inventories for your movers with attached photos. This makes it easy for them to load the truck and plan your move.
• If you would like we can make patterns of your furniture pieces and arrange them in the rooms so you can get a sense of the spaces. It is much easier to visualize and make changes before you have a moving man balancing a credenza on its end while you decide where it will best fit…

Plus, we will work with your staff to:

• pack you out of the old and unpack you into the new
• position ourselves at the new location to receive the movers
• We can un-pack and make arrangements to get all of you artwork hung and accessories arranged.
• Fill in any functional and decorative accessories that you may need.
